General Meet & Greet Info
1. Check-In Process:
- Please arrive at your selected Group Time Slot.
- Upon arrival, please head to the check-in table to verify your ticket and receive your event wristband.
- Keep your wristband visible at all times, as it grants you access to the autograph and photo op sessions.
2. Autograph Signing:
- Line up in the designated area for autographs. Event staff will guide you to maintain an orderly queue.
- When you arrive at the Autograph table, you will be given your Exclusive SlamFest 8×10 Hacksaw photo and Hacksaw Jim Duggan will it autograph it!
- If you purchased for extra autograph items/time, have your item ready for signing when you reach the front of the line. If you’ve purchased a Mini 2×4 it will be signed now too.
- Personalization requests are welcome but please keep them brief to ensure everyone gets a chance.
3. Photo Opportunity:
- After receiving your autograph, you will pose for a photo with Hacksaw.
- A photographer will be on hand to take your picture with Hacksaw.
- We’ll email final details prior to the event
For your comfort we have implemented a “group” system much like the zone system used in airports. Select Photo Ops are subdivided into 15-minute sessions per group – ex. Group 1 starts at 12:30 PM, Group 2 at 12:45 PM, Group 3 at 1:00 PM, etc. This allows you to only arrive a few minutes before your group start time rather than wait an hour or more.
You’ll choose your Group Time Slot when ordering you Meet & Greet Tickets. As time slots fill up with attendees, they’ll be removed from the options list.
Nope! When you order your Meet and Greet Ticket you’ll choose a Group Time Slot. That way you’ll just have to arrive during your time with the other attendees who have selected that time slot.
If you are late arriving for your Group Time Slot we will have you on stand by and do our best to get you in but can not guarantee it.
If you are late and our Guest has already departed, you will have forfeited your photo op and will not receive a refund. If you miss your photo op, you will also not receive a refund. You will still of course be able to attend the SlamFest Live Event
